For those traveling early for the event, join us for a special chef-curated meal and wine pairing on the outdoor terrace of the Bouchon Santa Barbara. The dinner will be prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the farms of the California Riviera, highlighting the region’s cuisine and wines.

Buses will pick up attendees at 5:30 p.m. in the North Parking Lot and will begin returning to The Ritz-Carlton at 8:30 p.m. Buses will also pick up attendees from 9 to 9:30 p.m. at The Good Lion Cocktail Bar, located just steps away from the Bouchon, for those who wish to stay for an after-dinner drink.

From 7:55-9 a.m., shuttles will take golfers to Sandpiper. Check in and breakfast will be from 8-9 a.m. at the course, and the shotgun tee off will be at 9 a.m.

The awards will begin at 2 p.m. on the Club Terrace, and shuttles will bring the group back to The Ritz-Carlton from 2:30-3 p.m.

A behind-the-scenes experience awaits you at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, where a TSE-curated experience has been made for our Gold 100 attendees. Along with activations, we will enjoy a professional polo practice match while overlooking the Polo Arena, stables and field, while taking in the view of the Pacific Ocean in the distance.

Buses will pick up attendees in the North Parking lot at 11 a.m. The group will return to the hotel at 3:30 p.m.

Dr. Peter Rupert will give his scholarly insights on the headwinds and tailwinds impacting the United States and the world, focusing on the trade show and exhibition industry. His keynote will also address the outlook for the future, regarding topics of recessions, labor and Europe.

The former department chair of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara’s areas of specialization include macroeconomics, monetary economics and labor economics, and he serves on the board of the European Economic Review and Labour Economics.

SEMA Show has ranked in every edition of the TSE Gold 100 from 2007-2019 and this year’s honoring the shows of 2021. This year SEMA Show made the Gold 100 list with 767,000 net square feet, 1,360 exhibiting companies and 100,873 attendees, making it the Gold 100 show with the highest attendance in 2021.
