We are thrilled you will be joining us for Trade Show Executive’s Gold 100 Awards & Summit. It is going to be an exciting event, which will open the door to new ideas, new friendships and new opportunities.

How much does it cost to attend?

Gold 100 Honorees:

One complimentary registration.
Show Organizers can enjoy a hotel room rate of $319.00 per night.
Round Trip transportation provided from San Diego airport to hotel.
Networking Opportunities – Behind the Scenes Safari Experience, Golf Tournament, Around the World Wine Tasting Reception, Opening Reception, Educational Summit, Awards Reception, Awards Dinner & Award Presentation, After Party, Departure Breakfast.

Additional Team Members:

Opportunity to register additional team members at a reduced rate of $550 until August 15.
Show Organizers can enjoy a rate of $319.00 per night.
Round Trip transportation provided from San Diego airport to hotel.
Networking Opportunities – Behind the Scenes Safari Experience, Golf Tournament, Around the World Wine Tasting Reception, Opening Reception, Educational Summit, Awards Reception, Awards Dinner & Award Presentation, After Party, Departure Breakfast

What other registration categories are available?

Each of the following categories will pay for their own hotel rooms.

Executive-level Organizer (Without a Ranking Show) $600
Spouse – Significant others from any level of winner can attend for $400
Wednesday Only – Golf Tournament, Networking Optional Event – Behind the Scenes Safari Experience, Around the World Wine Tasting Reception and Opening Reception for $450
Thursday Only – Full Summit, Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Gold 100 Gala Dinner for $450
Sponsors – Based upon contractual agreement.

What is included in my registration fee?

All Categories except for Wednesday and Thursday only registration categories.

Optional Golf Tournament, Behind the Scenes Safari Experience, Around the World Wine Tasting Reception, Opening Reception, Educational Summit, Awards Reception, Awards Dinner & Award Presentation, After Party, Departure Breakfast.

Does the registration fee include air transportation?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Round trip car transportation is provided for all attendees.

I’d like to send more that one person from my company. Is there a discount??

Yes, until August 15 a discounted price of $555 for Gold 100 honorees. After August 15, fees increase to $800.

Who should attend Gold 100?

Top executives from each Gold 100 largest trade shows and their key staff.

Do I have to be a Gold 100 Honoree to attendee?

No, all show organizers are welcome to join us! Registration fees required.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration has been received. A final confirmation will come from Experient via email.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Is my registration transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until Thursday, September 5. Please submit all transfer requests to mwilliams@tradeshowexecutive.com

What if I have to cancel?

No refunds for cancellations received after September 6, 2019.
Please be aware that you also need to make the necessary cancellation arrangements for hotel accommodations and/or any other services that you have contracted.

What is the nearest airportT?

San Diego International Airport is the closest airport to the hotel. Options are available from the TSE Gold 100 website. https://www.tsegold100.com/travel/

How do I get from the airport to the Hotel?

If you are driving, directions are available from the San Diego International Airport and from Los Angeles to the hotel on the TSE Gold 100 website. https://www.tsegold100.com/travel/

If you are not driving, you will receive a link to register for complementary VIP car service transportation from CMAC. Available dates are September 24 and 25 from San Diego International Airport and returns on September 27. Dates before or after will not be complementary.

Are discounted rates available at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar?

Trade Show Executive has reserved rooms with discounted rates at Fairmont Grand Del Mar.

Rates are $319.00 per night.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts, so be sure to reserve your room before August 16.(ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER BEFORE MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS)

If you have made your room reservation, you will receive confirmation directly from the hotel after it has been processed. Please contact the hotel with any changes to your reservation as soon as possible.
Note: All cancellations must be made at least five days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. The hotel will attempt to have rooms ready for early arrival, but if necessary, the Bell Desk will store your luggage until your room is available.

Weather and Attire

The week at the Gold 100, Del Mar has an estimated daytime temperature of around 88 degrees and evenings cooling off to about 66 degrees. Please check the weather before you travel to San Diego.

Dress code is business casual for the opening reception and Gold 100 Summit. Bring a sweater or light jacket because meeting rooms and outdoor patios can be a bit chilly. Dress attire for the Gold 100 Reception & Dinner ranges from short cocktail dresses to long gowns for women, while the men wear business suits, tuxedos or even kilts. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

How do I download the app?

The event app isn’t available for download until September 13. An email invitation will be sent once it is available for download.
